Seprion magnetic rods are renowned for their exceptional magnetic strength and precise dimensions. These rods are crafted with magnets encased in seamless drawn and heat-treated SS 304 L tubes, ensuring durability and reliability. The tube magnets are designed to maximize efficiency, resulting in optimal performance. The bar magnets used are either hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high-intensity rare earth magnets. Additionally, the magnetic grills can be customized to meet specific customer requirements and sizes. These robust magnetic rods are the core components of Magnetic grills and Magnetic Filters, effectively handling high flow rates and efficiently capturing ferrous materials.

Our Magnetic Rods are available in various diameters, including options other than 25mm.

We offer the option to tap M8 x 15mm deep at one end or both ends of the rod, based on your requirements. In addition to stainless steel 304, we can also supply Magnetic Rods in SS 316. For easy cleaning, we have Easy Clean Rods available.

If you need long heavy-duty rods for chain type coolant systems, we have them in stock.We offer customized rod designs to meet your specific needs.

Our Low-intensity Magnetic Rods have a Gauss value of 2,500, while our High-intensity Magnetic Rods have a Gauss value of 11,000. For maximum operating temperature up to 80ᵒC, we have Super High-intensity Magnetic Rods with a Gauss value of 12,000.

We also have rods with intermediate Gauss values for more specific applications. If you require Medium and High-intensity Magnetic Rods with a maximum operating temperature of 200ᵒC, we have them available. For even higher temperatures, our High-intensity Rods with a Gauss value of 9,000 and a maximum operating temperature of 350ᵒC are available with SMCO (Samarium Cobalt Magnet).

Medium-intensity magnetic rods are suitable for the separation of granule-size contamination ranging from 1mm to 4mm.

High-intensity magnetic rods are capable of catching contamination particles as small as 1 micron. These rods are designed to attract super-fine particles from the carrier material.
