  • Our over band Separators come in five different types - 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm - designed to operate at a predetermined working gap over the conveyor, ensuring efficient separation of materials based on specific requirements.
  • When selecting the appropriate Over band Separator, factors such as the speed of the belt, the nature of the product, its density, granulometry, and the size of the pieces to be extracted must be considered to achieve optimal performance and desired outcomes.

  • This construction product features two U-section pieces fixed on a Magnet with Fastening ears to support bearings of Drums, which are equipped with shafts mounted on removable hubs. All bearings come with stakes for tightening the belt for secure operation
  • The belt is driven by a Reduction Gear Coupled to an Electric Motor or Geared Motor using Vee-belts for efficient power transmission

The Magnet Unit is made of High-Intensity Strontium Ferrite or Rare Earth Magnets, ensuring guaranteed Magnetic Power throughout the installation's lifespan. A Non-Magnetic Stainless-Steel Plate covers the poles of the Magnet, eliminating the need for electrical supply or maintenance.
